No-Bake Peanut Butter Jelly Choc Slice

Introducing what dreams are made of! I've gone to Peanut Butter-Jelly, Oaty, Chocolatey Heaven with this recipe. Made with minimally processed ingredients. The stars of the recipe are Peanut Butter, Oats, Jam and that Chocolate layer!

Base Layer:

1 cup Oats
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp Salt

Middle Layer:

1/3 cup Jam (I used Black Currant Jam)

Choc Layer:

2/3 cup Cocao Powder
2/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup


1. Line a 20cm by 15cm ish dish with baking paper (or a cake tin). This really depends how thick you want the base layer, if you want it thinner use a larger surface :)

2. Combine and mix all the ingredients of the base layer into a bowl. Scoop out the base layer into the baking dish and flatten with a spoon. Freeze for 20 minutes.

3. After 20 minutes get the base layer out of the freezer and scoop out the jam layer, evenly distribute. 

4. Combine the ingredients for the chocolate layer into a bowl, make sure your coconut oil is melted. Pour chocolate layer over the slice and then set in the freezer for 30 minutes. Optional: dust some cocoa powder on for added effect. Enjoy!
