NORTH ISLAND ORDERS

North Island orders arrive Tuesday - Friday, via New Zealand Couriers overnight service. As a general guideline, all orders should be delivered to your address 1-2 working days from the time you placed your order. 

RURAL/RD Deliveries:

Please note that if your address is rural, be prepared to travel to your closest agent for collection, especially if your order has chilled / frozen products.

SOUTH ISLAND ORDERS

South Island orders arrive Tuesday - Friday, via New Zealand Couriers overnight service. As a general guideline, all orders should be delivered to your address 1-2 working days from the time you placed your order.

CHRISTCHURCH

Christchurch orders arrive on Monday - Friday. As a general guideline, all orders should be delivered to your address 1-2 working days from the time you placed your order.

Delivery to RD and Rural will be sent BUT it is at your own risk! We prefer to work with you to get your order sent to either, someone with a non rural address, or sent to your nearest agent whereby you can collect it.

Note* if we have any stock issues we will endeavour to replace correct stock by the next order send off day. If this is possible we will send your order out the next scheduled run. If this is not possible we will send your order and give you a store credit for the missing stock. 

No you don't. All orders come in insulated boxes with ice packs and can last up to 12 hours before defrosting.

We send out orders Monday to Thursday on Overnight and Frozen courier.

Once the courier has scanned the ticket on the box, a tracking number will be issued via email. Once you have received your tracking link, YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY. 

If you are local (Christchurch) and have not received your order, please let us know so we can follow up what has happened.  Your meals will be delivered the following morning if you are outside of Christchurch (South Island).

Yes, we have a minimum order spend of $50.00. 

You can purchase less if you intend to collect, please note unless you have a confirmation email that your order is ready, it wont have been picked yet.

Yes, all of our meals are frozen. Depending on how long transit is, meals may be a little defrosted. These are fine to place straight into the refrigerator.
