This side is so delicious it's to die for! We take New Zealand grown portobello mushroom and marinate them in our balsamic dressing. We then grill these in the oven until they are just about cooked, we then quickly pan sear them on each side.
It doesn't end there! We then smothered them in our mouth-watering creamy garlic cashew sauce. Topped with fresh chopped basil and thyme. If this isn't on your Christmas table I'm sorry to inform that you are missing out!
This comes in our large Multi Serving tray and can serve 4 - 6 people depending on how many of our sides and mains you have added.
