Veggie pad Thai with a fragrant tamarind sauce, folded through rice noodles, vegetables and tofu. Garnished with mung bean sprouts, peanuts and edamame beans. 

Like all our meals, this dish is ready to eat straight from frozen. Feel free to add fresh leaves, have it with a salad.
