250g. Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-free, Soy Free, Non-GMO.

Ingredients List: Water, pea protein, pea starch, canola oil, brown rice flakes, konjac powder, seaweed powder, potato starch, powdered cellulose, organic agave nectar, turmeric, white pepper, sea salt, ginger.

How to prepare fish:

Prep: Thaw in Refrigerator Overnight

Cooking Method: Sauté in frying pan with oil of choice. We love using Coconut Oil. (Do not Microwave)

Additional Direction: Cook each side for 2-4 minutes until lightly browned on each side. Use a dash of pepper, Old Bay Seasoning.

Serving Suggestion: Try Serving with a Squeeze of Lemon and Dollop or Tartar Sauce

Pairing: Great paired with Sweet Potato or Beet Chips, or over Brown Rice with Seasonal Vegetables or as a Fish Sandwich-enjoy with a ice cold Beer, or nice glass of Oaked California Chardonnay.
