Spinach, pumpkin, basil, and tofu ricotta filled cannelloni drenched in our house made Italian marinara sauce. Topped with lashings of basil cashew nut cream and Angel Food dairy-free cheddar.
Like all our meals, this dish is ready to eat straight from frozen. Feel free to add fresh leaves, have it with a salad.
