Berkano chefs have carefully selected the finest ingredients to bring a traditional English "meat" and three vege. Our roast includes a succulent lentil loaf, glazed with BBQ & maple sauce, served with slow roasted potato, kumara and pumpkin. Dolloped overtop is our signature red wine gravy, made with Yealands family wine (Baby doll Pinot Noir) and served with a side of creamy "cheese" sauce over broccoli and cauliflower. This dish is so complex yet so simple - it just tastes great and reminds you of home.
How many people can our trays feed?
- Regular size trays are suited for one person.
- Large size trays are suited for one person if you like a bit more to eat or two people accompanied with a small side dish.
