Berkano presents a lovely traditional lemon drizzle cake which tastes wonderfully tangy-sweet. The lemon cake is coated in a lemon syrup and finished by a layer of blueberry sauce. All of our ingredients are as pure as can be with organic blueberries and organic lemons - freshly picked and squeezed.
We highly recommend heating this vegan lemon cake in the microwave or oven, and then serving with So Good Vanilla Bliss Dairy-free ice cream. Absolutely delish!
