An absolute favourite from our Christmas menu last year, is back in action! The base layer is a rich Belgium chocolate with raspberry brownie. The mousse layer is made with cocoa powder and coconut cream, whipped to perfection. Mixed amongst this mousse layer is fresh raspberries, topped with freeze dried raspberries for that extra tangy taste.
