Thai Green 'Chicken' Curry

Vegan chicken chunks cooked in our Thai Green Coconut sauce. Served with kumara, asparagus, green beans, spinach all in more Thai green sauce! Comes with a side of mild turmeric, sesame seed mixed brown rice.

We have changed to a Dunedin producer of alternative 'chicken' protein. This contains gluten. They are also working on a gluten free version which once ready we will use to make this meal GF again!

 

Ingredients:

Brown Rice (30%), Water, Coconut Cream, Vegan Chicken Chunks (gluten) (10%)(Water, Pea Protein, Gluten, Hemp Seed, Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Salt), Kumara (7%), Asparagus (3%), Snap Peas (2%), Lime Juice, Spinach (1%), Canola Oil, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Natural Flavour (Soy), Cashew Nuts, Coconut Shreds, Vegetable Concentrate, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Turmeric (1%).
