Berkanos unique twist on a traditional Vietnamese soup based dish. Our chefs created Pho (pronounced "fuh") by adding a Chinese inspired fusion, using fresh ramen noodles and sticky orange glazed tofu. To get the unique flavours of Asian cuisine, we infused 4 different flavours of mushroom into the broth, Shitaake, Oyster, Portobello and Button mushroom. This adds the traditional Asian flavour that distinguishes it from any other soup. Delicious and flavourful yet, super healthy!
