These were a challenge for us, to retain the soft creamy pumpkin flavour yet binding with natural products, avoiding all artificial additives. These are really nice served with chutney and are a great contribution to a meal.

Onions consist mostly of water, carbohydrates and fibre. The main fibres in them, Fructans, can feed the friendly bacteria in the gut, but they can also cause digestive problems in some people.
